IHeart Eyewear started out of a passion for bringing forth eyewear that creatively reflects the unique personality of the individual wearing them.

Melissa Scoppettone, president and founder of I Heart Eyewear grew up in her dad’s optical accessory business, Ron’s Optical. In 2006, she took over operations of the company from her dad, and realized the market was much bigger than just optical retailers. Melissa saw a need for timeless trendsetting eyewear at affordable prices and this led to the creation of I Heart Eyewear.

Since then, I Heart Eyewear has diversified their product line, and now offers a fun and stylish collection of reading glasses, sunglasses/sunglass readers, eyeglass chains, signature eyeglass cases along with several niche products. Today I Heart Eyewear services thousands of customers across the United States and internationally.
